SMS Consent and Terms
Effective October 1, 2026 · Payment Recovery Group, Inc.
Payment Recovery Group, Inc. sends text messages only to consumers who ask us to. We do not text any number that has not opted in directly with us, and we do not obtain phone numbers from third parties for texting.
How you opt in
By phone. When you call us at (877) 421-6077 or (877) 345-1525, our representative asks whether you would like a payment link sent by text. We send nothing unless you say yes. The representative reads:
"Would you like us to text a secure payment link to this number? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Do I have your consent to send texts to this number?"
Online. On our payment page you may choose to receive texts by checking an unchecked box. Checking the box is not required to make a payment. The opt-in reads:

The box is unchecked by default.
We record the date, time, and method of every consent.
What we send

- Texts come only from (877) 421-6077 or (877) 345-1525.
- Message types
- A secure link to pay your account, payment confirmations, and replies to questions you ask about your account. No marketing.
- Frequency
- Varies with your account activity, typically a few messages per account.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- Help
- Reply HELP, or call (877) 421-6077 or (877) 345-1525.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
